Catalyst 1st Piloting Vietnam 9-23 September 2018

The first piloting activity was conducted by all Vietnamese and Laos partners. The EU observation for Vietnam took place between September 9 to 23, 2018 and the Laos EU observation was done by EHU.
Additionally all Vietnamese universities received marketing training for their National PC Project Status Awareness Day Conference to be held by HCMC partners and Vinh on December 1, 2018 and by Hanoi and Hung Yen partners on December 17, 2018 with video conferencing connections on both days with all partners.
